The Ides of March actress, who is pregnant with her first baby with husband Jamie Bell, was photographed leaving a Los Angeles hospital earlier this week carrying the results of her ultrasound.

The pics then surfaced online, with the Daily Mail running the images under the headline “Baby’s first picture! Pregnant Evan Rachel Wood can’t stop smiling”.

The notoriously private star was livid when she saw the article and took to Twitter to launch a tirade against the unnamed photographer who took the snaps.

“Which sick f**** paparazzi hid in the parking lot of my hospital after my ultrasound. I cant stand this,” Wood tweeted.

“You took a picture of my ultrasound photo???!!!! I couldnt be more furious right now. I want to cry. My child isnt even born yet, (sic)” the 25-year-old continued.

Wood later vowed to move out of Hollywood to protect her family from the paparazzi.

“I am getting out of la. People have no hearts, (sic)” she vented.

“I have never been more violated by a photographer. Thats the inside of my body and my child. Would u like my soul too? nothing is sacred. (sic)”

The mum-to-be issued a plea to the editors at the Daily Mail, asking them to take down the private photos.

“I would like to ask @mailonline to please remove the photos because they are private medical records, and its an invasion”, she tweeted.

The photos have since been removed.

Wood and her actor husband first started dating in 2005 but split for five years before reconciling in 2011. They are expecting their first baby together after quietly tying the knot in October 2012.
